What is Founders pricing?
Founders pricing is our thank-you to early subscribers. The rate you sign up at is locked for life — it never goes up as long as your subscription stays active or on seasonal pause. Once the Founders window closes, new subscribers will pay regular pricing.
Can I swap my courses?
Yes. Starter subscribers can swap 1 course per month. Pro can swap up to 2, and Enterprise up to 3. You're always in control of which courses are active.
What happens when new courses are added to the library?
All active subscribers can select new courses within their existing course limit at no extra charge. New content doesn't cost more — it's included as the library grows.
What is the seasonal pause?
If your business slows down seasonally, you can pause for $10/mo for up to 9 months. Your Founders price is maintained, and there's no reactivation fee when you come back.
What does per-employee sign-in mean?
When workers sign in digitally through our platform, it costs $1 per sign-in — capped at $2 per employee per month regardless of how many courses they sign into. Pre-Work Site Inspection sign-ins are always free at Pro and Enterprise.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, any time. Changes take effect immediately at the then-current price. Unused days on your prior plan are prorated and credited or refunded.
What's your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days and are prorated for unused days remaining in the current billing period at the time of cancellation or downgrade.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — 2 months free. Annual plans can be cancelled at any time; the prorated refund covers unused complete months remaining in the annual term.
